We can offer a bespoke service and can adapt to any requirements we love working with you not against you.  

Here at Staging Events we are big on branding and produce most artwork and printing in-house, on some occasion we can even offer free branding of water and stages. 

We specialise in mass participation multiple events delivery. Our core project management team work alongside you and can deliver on the ground event management in turn briefing suppliers, Stakeholders, volunteers and staff. 

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Staging Events, we recognize the importance of reducing our environmental impact and are committed to implementing sustainable practices across all our operations. Last year alone, we made significant strides toward a greener future by introducing hydration stations at our events, preventing the use of over 100,000 single-use plastic bottles. This initiative alone has helped save approximately 2,500 kg of plastic waste from entering landfills and oceans. Additionally, by reducing plastic production, we’ve cut down CO₂ emissions by an estimated 37,500 kg—the equivalent of taking around 8 cars off the road for a year!

One of our latest advancements in sustainability is the introduction of the Instagrid 2.1 kWh Battery Generator, a revolutionary portable power solution that significantly reduces reliance on traditional diesel generators. This cutting-edge battery system is ideal for PA system hire, lighting, and other electrical equipment, offering a clean and efficient power source without the harmful emissions associated with fossil fuels. By switching to battery power, we are eliminating over 10 kg of CO₂ emissions per hour, reducing noise pollution at events, and cutting generator weight by over 70%, making transport and setup more eco-friendly.
