Full Production, Equipment Hire and Logistics
Staging Events is a full production, equipment hire and logistics company. We work out of a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, just off the M1 and M18, and we cover events across the whole of the UK from there.
Most of what we do is mass participation events for the charity sector, the sponsored-walk and running-event end of things in particular. We've been handling the Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk for years, which puts around 110,000 walkers through over a seven-week period, and we run the production and logistics for the Prostate Cancer UK March for Men as well.
We can cover every part of an event, from procurement and storage right through to delivery and managing things on the day, and we'll bring staff and crew when an event village needs setting up. The kit we hire out is our own: stage hire, PA hire, compere and MC services, generator hire and gantry hire, whether the job is a park run or a full marathon. Bottled water and delivery to site is another one we handle - last year we shifted somewhere in the region of 120,000 bottles.
