The Trilite 200 Series tri-truss lectern is the standard aluminium podium you see at conferences and presentations across the UK. It is made from 50mm aluminium tube, welded as a one-piece unit that weighs around 8kg, so one person can carry it into position. The top plate is 460mm x 350mm, which holds notes, a tablet or a laptop, and the lectern stands at 985mm at the front and 1125mm at its highest point.
We also have a stainless steel truss lectern for events where something with a bit more visual presence is needed. Both lecterns have an adjustable reading surface and discreet cable management, so microphone leads and power cables stay out of sight.
Microphones and Branding
A lectern on its own is only half the setup for a presentation. We supply PA systems with wired handheld microphones, lapel (lavalier) mics, headset mics and podium-mounted mics, so your speakers are heard clearly without having to hold anything.
Branded panels can be fitted to the front of the lectern in clear acrylic or with your event or sponsor branding. The Trilite lectern also takes a clamp-on support arm for laptops and a reading light, which makes a practical difference for speakers who are working from notes or a screen rather than memory.
Complete Presentation Setup
Most of our lectern hires go out as part of a presentation package: the lectern itself plus a modular deck stage and a PA system with microphones. It is a straightforward setup that works for conferences, award ceremonies, charity events and any indoor or outdoor event where someone needs to address an audience from a fixed position.
We deliver nationwide from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, just off the M1 and M18, and we regularly deliver to exhibition centres including NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, ExCel London and Telford Exhibition Centre. We also work across Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster and Barnsley. Darren Dawson hired stage, sound equipment and chairs from us for a motivational speaker to address his whole company: "The guys turned up well in advance, set everything up and made sure I was happy before leaving site."
